Custom Items: All items are custom-made and non-refundable. Please review your design details (names, numbers, colors) carefully before placing an order.

Turnaround Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). Shipping time is not included.

Damaged/Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or with a mistake on our part, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or correct the item at no additional cost.
